10. An opportunity to provide specific feedback about our performance and communication.

When you host a Kids and Cultures show, we request...

1. That you complete the entire request form, providing as much information as possible to help us prepare for the performance with your group.
2. That you return the signed contract and deposit within two weeks of receiving the contract.
3. That you contact us immediately with any changes in the specifications (such as location, time, number of attendees).
4. That you reply to our correspondence in a timely manner.
5. Payment according to the contract details.
6. That you adequately publicize the performance.
7. That you spell our organization's, storytellers', and shows' names correctly in your publicity.
8. That you respond to our request for feedback within one week of the show.
