4. Us to return your e-mails and phone calls within two business days.
5. Us to send you a contract outlining the details of the arrangement.
6. Us to confirm the engagement approximately one week before our scheduled performance.
7. To receive our cell phone number to contact us on the day of the engagement in case of an unexpected turn of events.
8. Us to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the performance.
9. An activity handout for each attendee.
10. An opportunity to provide specific feedback about our performance and communication.

When you host a Kids and Cultures show, we request...

1. That you complete the entire request form, providing as much information as possible to help us prepare for the performance with your group.
2. That you return the signed contract and deposit within two weeks of receiving the contract.
3. That you contact us immediately with any changes in the specifications (such as location, time, number of attendees).
4. That you reply to our correspondence in a timely manner.
5. Payment according to the contract details.
6. That you adequately publicize the performance.
7. That you spell our organization's, storytellers', and shows' names correctly in your publicity.
8. That you respond to our request for feedback within one week of the show.
