Here's How To Pay Us

We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve a date, and the balance to be handed to us at the event.

Make checks payable to Kids and Cultures. Send your deposit check, along with your signed contract, to Kids and Cultures, 823 N. Duke St., Lancaster, PA 17602. Give a check for the balance due to the performer(s) on the day of the show.

Cancellations/Rescheduling
You may cancel at any time prior to one month before the event. The original deposit may be used to secure a new date. For cancellations within less than one month of the scheduled event, we require a payment of 50% of the total rate.

If, because of illness or weather conditions, we need to cancel after a date has been confirmed, we will re-book with the nearest available date that suits both parties.
